Platform leadership, SaaS acceleration and Ecosystem scaling are the 3 growth levers of SimCorp 2025 strategy and PaaS Operations plays a crucial role in this transformation journey by delivering excellence in client services by executing a reliable, predictable, cost-effective operations service. As a platform and technology operations team, we also aspire to execute acceleration in standard processes to assist in the growth and efficiency of SimCorp’s SaaS business.
Why is this role important to us:
Senior Service Delivery Consultants are skilled professionals who form part of our SaaS Operations team delivering services to our clients. The main purpose of the role is to contribute to the effective support and maintenance of SimCorp Dimension and to all aspects of service delivery around SimCorp Dimension.
Service Delivery Consultants support our clients by providing solutions and deploying services related to the usage of SimCorp Dimension. They work closely with local and global teams within SimCorp. They instruct, coach and mentor less experienced consultants.
In this key role, you will work closely with the client to provide support and solutions to overcome issues encountered by the customer and to optimise usage of the systems for them. What you will be responsible for:
- You will act as the central point of communication with our clients on issues of production support and work to uphold the partnership.
- Provide L1- L3 support for resolving problems and issues that occur in applications and the system operations of SimCorp Dimension to provide convincing and timely solutions to our clients.
- Application Configuration maintenance and enhancement and daily operations of the applications (including monitoring and troubleshooting)
- You will be required to work onsite at a client. Weekend/Public Holiday works are required on occasion. Working extended hours might also be required on occasion.
What we value:
- A Bachelor’s degree in finance or economics
- Minimum 5 years experience within asset management, insurance, superannuation funds, funds management, or custodian
- You have experience in SimCorp Dimension or front-to-back office system operations.
- Broad knowledge and solid experience in financial issues - theoretical as well as practical
- You are good at working on and prioritizing multiple tasks at the same time.
- Proactive nature, service-minded, and a natural ability for problem-solving, enthusiastic, committed, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a time-sensitive setting
- Skilled in engaging with clients and adept at creating presentations, coupled with proficiency in English communication, both oral and written)
