Our organisation provides Humanitude training courses for professional caregivers in geriatric sector, e.g. nursing homes, day and home care providers, hospitals and for family caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct Humanitude training sessions
• Collaborate with Head of Pedagogy to ensure quality of the training

Required Training

• Our trainers are certified in Gineste-Marescotti Care Methodology (Humanitude). The candidate will have to complete "Humanitude Master Training Programme" to be Humanitude Trainer before taking up the role
• Details of the "Humanitude Master Training Programme" will be described during the interview

Requirements

• Former or current registered nurses with at least 3 years of clinical experience or enrolled nurse with at least 5 years of clinical experience
• Alternatively, at least 3 years of working experience in healthcare sector, geriatrics, disability, or rehabilitation
• Experience in training would be an asset
• Completion of Humanitude Level 1 and Level 2 training courses would be an asset
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated
• Proficiency in English
• Second language would be an asset

Job Descriptions:

• To lead the maintenance department to provide good after sales serice to all our clients in tems of service breakdown call, routine maintenance as well as spare parts replacerent
• Monitor the after sales team to propose new maintenance contracts or maintain existing ones by following up closely with clients including spare parts replacement

• Experience in same or similar field for minimum 1-2 years
