Responsibilities

Solve customer problem related to POS, guide thru remote or onsite repair

To perform front-line after sales customer service support

Providing training and necessary support to customers

• Lead and manage daily Service Operations activities.

• Timely schedule all service-related jobs and ensure all stakeholders are well informed.

· Conducts NDT inspection of mechanical parts on jacking system in accordance to procedures and drawings.
