Requirements:

• At least 10 years relevant banking experience (either in a similar position or as Assistant of RM)

• Proficient in Japanese market & language to support Japanese speaking client

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee an established childcare centre to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Oversee scheduling and planning of staff scheduling and child’s daily routine to ensure well-­being of the children in center
• Work closely with external agencies to ensure regulatory compliance and best support
• Work closely with management and rest of the teaching and non-teaching team to ensure staff well-being and morale
• Support enrollment and be a spokesperson for the school’s Montessori system to be able to explain benefits of the system to parents
• Build rapport with student and parents in order to facilitate open communication and trust.
