• As a Concierge Executive, you will serve as the primary point of contact for guest entering the Client’s premises. Your role is integral to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for every visitor. You will be responsible for greeting customers, addressing their inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate services within the Client premises. Additionally, you will assist in various administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Interaction:

• Greet customers as they enter the Client’s premises in a friendly and professional manner.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and inquiries.
• Provide information on products, services, and promotions.
• Direct customers to the appropriate specialists or service areas based on their requirements.

2. Customer Service:

• Ensure high-quality customer service standards are maintained at all times.
• Handle customers complaints or concerns promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary.
• Assist customers with basic transactions inquiries.

3. Administrative Support:

• Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area.
• Support other staff as needed with tasks such as scheduling appointments or preparing materials for client meetings.

4. Security and Compliance:

• Adhere to procedures to ensure the safety of customers, staff, and assets.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to all privacy regulations.
• Follow compliance guidelines and procedures set forth by regulatory authorities and the Client.

Key Requirements:

• Min. Diploma or equivalent; with prior training in customer service is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Performing reception and front desk duties.
• Portering and Triaging duties such as transfer of patients from one location to another.
• Attending to all enquires of patients and visitors including phone enquiries.
• Perform any duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum GCE O levels/Nitec/Diploma in any discipline
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Service Ambassador reports directly to the Assistant Entity Manager 1 & 2 and Entity Manager

• Welcomes customers when they arrive.
• Greets diners to the table upon arrival and introduces them to the menu.
• Maintains familiarity with menu items and brand information to answer customer’s questions and give recommendations.
• Ensures proper hygiene as prescribed in the company guidelines
• Understands and adheres to proper food handling, food safety and sanitation standard during food preparation, serve and clean up. Ensures proper uniform, punctuality and grooming are according to company policy and standard.
• Taking orders of the customers and entering them into the POS system to be processed and transferred to the kitchen.
• To receive and confirm reservations.
• To collect food orders from the kitchen and verify that it is plated correctly.
• Processes payments to customers.
• Dishwashing of dirty cutleries.
• Proactive in handling and resolving customer’s problems, if necessary.
