English Teaching Specialist

· Prior English language teaching experience (e.g. teaching in MOE Primary Schools or tuition centres)

· Must be able to work on weekends. (5-day work week – 4 weekdays and Sundays)

· Take on the following: Teaching and Classroom Management, Curriculum and Lesson

Preparation, Providing feedback to parents

* We are looking for candidates familiar with the Singapore curriculum and assessment systems.

• Process customer orders/enquiries daily by email, fax, or phone call.
• Close follow up with business units on fixed / ad-hoc billing; generating monthly report and posting of invoices.
• Coordinate and correspond to customer/sales on the sales order status.
• Coordinate with internal department to ensure smooth deliveries and resolve arising issues in a timely manner.
• Handle export shipments for intercompany and direct overseas customers.
• Prepare the shipping document for Singapore and export shipment.
• Support in investigations of internal / external complains to identify root cause and provide solutions.
• Ensure hazardous substance license from customers are valid and adhere to the regulation set by NEA and SPF.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by manager.

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in any discipline with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Logistics knowledge and understanding import/export preferred.
• Handling chemicals documentations and deliveries.
• Able to work in a fast pace environment.
• High level of problem-solving skills; Organized, Quality / Meticulous.
• Team player with strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills that can complete tasks with proper time management.
• Proficient in SAP.

• Experience in repair of forklifts, automobiles, heavy industrial equipment, and knowledge in engines, motors and electrical would be relevant and useful
• Possess Class 3 driving license
