Job Description

• Play an important role in preparing, contributing, and achieving in annual budget and objectives, as approved by the Management, keeping in mind the interest of the company.
• Handle full set of spare parts sales, includes price and freight quotation, checking lead time and availability, issue purchase order, arranging shipment, issue invoice, parts identification, price negotiation with supplier, making the recommendation of spare parts list, training for each dealer,
  chase the payment, setup new customer account, reporting for monthly sales etc.
• Reporting to the General Manager(or Managing director), managing all aspects of Parts and Service sales related administrative work like quotation, order processing, discrepancy mitigation, parts information, INCO Terms etc. from PO to delivery, in your assigned region and as a backup for other region when necessary.
• Maintain and foster good business relationship with all dealers and direct customers, actively promoting products and Services, collecting market intelligence and feedback, for product and business improvements.
• Conduct Parts Sales calls and contacts which includes regular visitations to local and overseas dealers/customers, put up visit reports and draw up follow up action plans, including submission of monthly report. Promote Parts campaigns and canvass new customers.

Job Requirements:

• Technical and engineering background for crane, especially crawler and wheel crane.
• Diploma or degree holder.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience.
• Familiar with Microsoft office and SAP system.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.

Responsibilities

This role manages account renewal activities of our non-Japanese clients in Southeast Asia. You will be responsible for churn risk mitigation and partner with our Customer Success Managers to develop account strategies to optimize long-term value for our clients.

SPEEDA is used by Finance and Consulting industry professionals, so you should be comfortable interacting with senior managers in the industry. Reporting to the Head of Local Markets for SPEEDA Southeast Asia, you will help execute comprehensive account strategies across client segments.

• Understand clients’ businesses, collaborate with the Customer Success team to develop account strategies and drive research projects
• Demonstrate the value of SPEEDA to all users within an assigned market, either in person or through digital mediums
• Achieve the monthly churn rate target
• Be a trusted advocate for data-centric and research-centric decision-making across multiple functions under each account
• Advocate for clients while highlighting market risks and opportunities; foster open communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Exhibit high integrity, professionalism and initiative while working under minimal supervision

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management or Accounting, with preference for CFA or similar certifications in financial modelling
• Two to three years of B2B Account Management or Customer Success in a SaaS or technology company in Southeast Asia; experience in sectors such as consulting, banking, FinTech or research will also be considered

Job Description:

• Coordinating the sales team by preparing quotations, follow-up the order process till receipt of payment, filing document
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to arrange of engineer(s) onboard the vessel locally/overseas
• Follow-up on inquiries, documentation
