Requirements:

• Only Singaporean
• Travel in Singapore to do surveys
• Mandarin speaking is required to liaise with Chinese MNC companies to do surveys
• Must be proficient in Excel to do reports
• At least 2 years of working experience as Team Lead in Call Center environment.

Provide excellent customer service

· Provide IT technical onsite support for end user services problem which includes identification, diagnosis, rectification and escalation.

· Support on desktops, notebooks, printers, scanners hardware components.

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair container handling equipment at PSA, depots, and workshops.
