What you get to do in this role:

The role of the Customer Success Advocate is to act as an advocate for our customers. You will oversee a portfolio of customers across APAC to help them achieve business outcomes and foster greater adoption and usage of the ServiceNow products they have purchased through prescriptive guidance. You will bring ServiceNow's best practices, innovations, and capabilities to help customers achieve their goals.

• Oversee the customer outcomes engagement for customers in your portfolio, understanding each customer's needs and challenges
• Ensure customers are technically healthy and on the most recent version of our product
• Identify criteria for assisting your customers by using Success Plays in the Success Platform
• Promote ServiceNow customer success stories and processes
• Ensure that customers obtain the maximum value from their ServiceNow investment and use their licenses
• Work with ServiceNow teams to improve product adoption and increased footprint
• Ensure any escalated client issues are resolved quickly, using resources from across the company ecosystem

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

• 5+ years of experience providing customer professional services or related business support
• Ability to provide independent comprehensive services
• Experience resolving issues through analysis
• Experience in working collaboratively
• ServiceNow accreditations or certifications a plus
• Ability to speak in Korean is a must as this role needs to manage customers in Korea

• Platform Management:
  • Ensure the platform's operational health, performance, and security.

• Marketing Support:
  • Perform basic administrative tasks for the marketing team, such as content updates, reports tracking, and coordinating marketing materials.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to gather and analyze market intelligence to inform sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in customer success, product operation, sales support, or a related role in a SaaS or technology company.
• Strong technical understanding with the ability to demonstrate and explain software products.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in both independent and team settings.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with clients and colleagues based in China where their primary language is Mandarin)

• Perform pre- and post-sales technical support to customers.

• Diploma in any Engineering field
• At least 2 years of experience in field servicing and semiconductor industry.
