Job purpose

• To assist Dementia Clients with their daily routine at centre
• Update Clients' progress weekly in the system
• Medication assistance and administration
• Partipate in MDM and update ICPs promptly
• To provide optimal level of care in accordance to established policies and procedures.
• To assist in activities and programs promoting healthy aging for clients.
• Supervise Nursing Team comprising of Nursing Aides and Healthcare Assistant to ensure
• optimal delivery of required care to the clients.

Duties and responsibilities

• Comply with approved Nursing SOPs.
• Work with multidisciplinary team to analyze and evaluate nursing care plan and ensure care plan is implemented by team.
• Identify symptoms of clients related to illness or decline in functional/cognitive abilities and advocate early attention.
• Mentor and guide, NAs and HCAs in performing their functional duties.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist client to manage common age-related conditions such as incontinence and loss of mobility.
• Assist Registered Nurse as when required.
• Other additional operational duties as assigned by Centre Manager.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Nitec in Nursing / Diploma or degree in nursing
• Registered with SNB
• Experience working in an elderly setting is an advantage
• Compassion, critical thinking, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the tier-1 network operations.
• Oversee, investigate, and direct the fixing of different network failures and alarms.
• Manage and execute network break fixes, such as switch replacement, and link repair.
• Work closely with IDC technicians.
• Manage basic network management.
• Document and monitor daily operations and update the team on a regular basis.

Requirements:

The Reception cum Admin Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support, administering office stock, organising company records and more, to ensure that all administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager for Administration.

• Manages and places orders for office supplies (stationery, business cards etc.) for both the corporate office and hotel operations when necessary.
• Manages and places orders for all printed forms (eg, luggage tags, location cards, key card jackets etc) for hotel operations.
• Assists in the renewal of the required Properties Fire insurance & Public Liability Insurance, permits to operate lifts etc.
• Assists in liaising with vendors on office maintenance and repairs for lighting, telephony, IT services, furniture/fittings, office equipment, etc.
• Updates the corporate office on important notices such as the periodic fire evacuation drills, temporary electricity shutdown periods etc.
• Basic sourcing and cost comparison of vendors and goods & service providers.
