Job Duties

My client is looking for a Cybersecurity Tools Support Team Lead (Manage vendors) to support the firm.

• Provide technical assistance for cybersecurity platforms managed by security function, overseeing various devices and systems covering host security, network security, data protection, identity and access management, cloud security, application security, and security operations.
• Monitor vulnerabilities and evaluate the impact of patches and updates on cybersecurity platforms.
• Support the supervision of the platform support L2 team.
• Handle escalations and troubleshoot issues, coordinating with vendors when required.
• Create incident and problem management reports, assess procedures, analyze root causes, and suggest improvements.

As the programme manager in charge, you will play a key role in supporting and/or facilitating the implementation of national initiatives by the Ministry of Health (MOH) to keep Singaporeans healthy and to anchor effective chronic disease management in primary care. • Conduct evaluation and review of programme and projects. This includes conducting data analysis and research.

• Managing both the dependencies and the interfaces between projects that can span across different stakeholders in the primary care sector.
• Managing risks to the programme's successful outcomes including but not limited to grants processing, liaising with MOH and other AIC Divisions to ensure proper controls are put in place for fund administration.
