• Customer Needs & Service Delivery: Identify customer needs and oversee service delivery within the business context, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
• Team Leadership & Conflict Management: Lead the service delivery team, manage conflict, and ensure efficient execution of processes and tasks.
• Financial Management: Oversee key finances and accurately forecast service-related costs and resource requirements.
• System Knowledge & Troubleshooting: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end systems to effectively troubleshoot issues and address change requests.
• Incident Management: Take ownership of critical incidents, coordinate with resolution parties, and facilitate clear communication between stakeholders for post-incident analysis and improvements.
• Performance Reporting: Provide accurate, timely reports on service delivery performance to senior management.
• Process Analysis & Optimization: Analyze both client and internal processes, and implement strategies to optimize service delivery efficiency.
• Team Development: Build and manage a team of maintenance service engineers, ensuring they meet customer expectations and maintain a high level of competency.
• SLA Management: Plan, manage, and monitor the maintenance team's response times, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Contract Management: Ensure clarity on contractual obligations, monitor contract validity, and manage contract renewals with clients.
• Financial KPIs: Consistently meet or exceed financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the service team.

Technical Skills:

• ITIL: Strong understanding and application of ITIL practices for service management.
• Full Stack Development: Knowledge of full-stack development processes and technologies.
• Minimum 8 years experience in industry
• Bachelor Degree

Responsibilities:

Business Park & Industrial Operations

• Handle and take over premises to / from tenants / purchasers
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedule of the Company’s properties
• Supervise and liaise with contractors for maintenance repairs and renovation works
• Maintain buildings especially in the areas of security and cleanliness
• Assist to prepare annual budget, and ensure that expenses are within budget
• Manage and attend to all feedback and service requests in a timely manner
• Promote good relations with our partners and tenants
• Part of Company Emergency Response Team (i.e. Site Incident Controller, First Aider, etc)

Retail Operations

• Coordinate operation programs and execute maintenance works to ensure the mall operates at optimum level
• Prepare annual budget, manage and administer all maintenance contracts and supervise expense for the operational needs of the mall
• Assist in the implementation of the Asset Enhancement Initiatives, renovation works carried out by tenants and operational support for the promotional activities of the mall
• Liaise with Contract & Procurement team, manage and execute specific/adhoc procurement of equipment cyclical replacement & enhancement works in the mall
• Manage and attend to all feedback and service requests in a timely manner
• Lead the technicians and manage vendor services to achieve the required professional standards in day-to-day operations
• Part of Company Emergency Response Team (i.e. Site Incident Controller, First Aider, etc),
• Part of Environmental Health Safety (EHS) team for review & approval of permit to work (PTWs), risk assessment, safety checks/audits of the mall.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) / Real Estate / Facilities / Building / Estate Management
• Graduates with relevant degree but no prior relevant experience are welcome to apply
• Exhibit strong initiative, leadership, and people management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work within tight timelines, resourceful and systematic in resolving problems
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
