Training & Development:

• Figure out what training is needed: Talk to the people who need training or look at their skills to decide what new training we need or how to make existing training better.
• Create training materials: Make the stuff we need for training like lesson plans, manuals, and presentations.
• Set up training: Get everything ready for training like finding a place, getting equipment, and making sure we have what we need.
• Teach the training: Run the training sessions on things like how to do treatments, know our products, handle customers, and sell stuff.
• Check if training works: Ask people how they liked the training and see if it helped them do their job better. Then, tell the bosses what we found and suggest ways to make training better.

Training Quality Control & Audit:

• Check if people are doing their job right: Go to where people work to see if they're using what they learned in training the right way and following the rules.
• Keep an eye on workers: Watch how beauty therapists are doing and if they need more training, tell the bosses.

Requirements:

• Diploma in related field
• Other certificates or qualifications in beauty or therapy, would be a bonus
• Worked for at least 2 years in a similar job. It's even better if you've worked in customer service, retail, or beauty/spa before.
• Be ready to travel: You'll need to travel a lot for work, especially to other countries where our company has offices.
• Proficiency in Mandarin language to communicate/engage with Chinese trainees.

Other information:

• Salary: $3,500.00 + Performance bonus
• Working days: Mon - Fri
• Working hours: 9:30am – 6:30pm
• Location: HQ office at Queenstown

School ICT Trainer ( up to $,3000,1 month contract)

Location: Bukit Timah

Working Hours:Monday to Friday 7am to 4.30pm

Job Description

• Conduct ICT-based customised training workshop for students and teachers, post training surveys, compile students’ work.
• Be a trainer in charge of Robotics Club
• Manage and upkeep the school’s website
• Assist in providing the Audio Visual Technical support for school events and activities
• Involve in dvideography, phototaking, video-editing during school events,
• Assist HOD Ed Tech in ICT/AV-related administrative, operational and project management duties when necessary such as inventory checks, loaning process, fault reporting matters and service request.

Requirement

• Have at least 2 years related working experience
• Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Youtube Live
• Able to troubleshoot a variety of ICT related issues
• Pleasant personality
• Customer oriented

• Collaborate with Managers & Team Leaders to identify training requirements.
• Develop comprehensive training programs, including relevant training materials, to address stakeholder needs effectively.
• Innovate and refine existing or new training curricula to align with stakeholder objectives.
• Organize and conduct training sessions and assessments for both new hires and existing staff.
• Deliver training covering both soft and hard skills for employees.
• Facilitate cross-functional training sessions for different business units.
• Collect and evaluate post-training feedback, implementing necessary changes for improvement.
• Ensure timely updates of all administrative training documents.
• Manage and maintain training resources and databases.
• Review and enhance existing training curricula to optimize training outcomes and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Proficient with Microsoft Word & PowerPoint
• Willingness to be Explore, Innovate & be Creative with different training methodologies
• Training Facilitation skills (would be an advantage)
