1. You are someone who has at least 3 years of full-time wortking experience with at least 1 year of experience in organizing events from beginning to the end as a project leader

2. You are independent and proactive in getting things done without much supervision. You are honest, meticulous, responsible and mature in personality
3. You can work over weekends once every month and able to work in weekday evenings around once/twice per month (We love the moon and the stars) and you will be compensated with off-in-lieu.

4. You enjoy working with people (About 60% deskbound, and 40% interaction with our customers)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain accurate Accounts Payable (AP) records, including IBG payment documentation.
• Collate AP data from multiple centers and input it into GP Dynamics Financial Software.

• Experience conducting internal trainings and orientations for new employees in retail, supermarket, and F&B positions.
