Job Description
- To liaise and coordinate with schools on their SYFC CCA programmes.
- To update CCA students’ database and records of all SYFC CCA schools’ activities in the Operations & Training Information Management User System (OPTIMUS).
- To liaise with the School Liaison Officers (SLOs) on the management and conduct of the CCA programme at the schools (e.g., Control-Line and Remote-Controlled Aeromodelling, Drones Flying, Launch Glider Building & Flying, Computer-based Flight Simulation, and other aviation related activities).
- To support the execution of internal and external publicity activities with schools and external agencies.
- To provide administrative support for the CCA Department.
- To apply for Airside security clearance through Airport Police for the CCA Flying Experience Programme.
- To carry out secondary duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a GCE ‘O’ Level with credit in English, Mathematics, and Science, NITEC certification, or Diploma, preferably in Aviation Management/Aerospace or equivalent.
- Experience with aeromodelling and instructional skills will be an added advantage.
- Team player with good administration, interpersonal skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
