Organisation Development

• Lead team in charting the organisation development strategic roadmap and operationalizing initiatives across different workstreams to improve employee engagement and enhance employee experience to make the University a great place to work in
• Drive and implement change interventions within the University that will accelerate the transformation journey that is in line with University’s strategic goals.
• Drive Employee Engagement Survey and ensure follow-up plans are in place to holistically address employee concerns

Talent Management

• Provide leadership and guidance on the design and development of talent management frameworks to lift talent pool and strengthen leadership pipeline across all schemes.
• Grow talent within the organization through building talent pipeline and development of high potential talents
• Provide consultative support to function leaders and HRBPs on critical and complex talent and organizational capability issues to build talent development capabilities and accountabilities.
• Partner senior business leaders and executive leadership teams in the design and execution of talent strategy, policies and frameworks, talent assessment and identification to build leadership bench strength.
• Curate and implement programmes under the Talent Management programmes with the objective of talent attraction, talent selection, developing and retaining high performers and high potentials
• Administer the programmes from talent selection, identification to engagement as well as end-to-end planning and execution of the various activities/events scheduled throughout the entire programme period.
• Oversee the development of talents and tailor the blend of developmental opportunities (e.g. training programmes, master classes, secondments, stretch appointments etc) in accordance to their career stages to optimize leadership exposure and development

Succession Planning

• Lead the approach, facilitation and follow-up action planning for talent and succession planning. Identify growth potential, facilitate and execute the career progression and development plans of selected officers so as to ensure that there is a strong pipeline of successors for critical positions in the University
• Increase readiness and success rate of succession candidates through the implementation of Individual Development Plan (IDP) for identified successors.

Overview:

This role is appointed by the Specialist Accreditation Board to oversee the accreditation of training departments and institutions in Singapore. This role is responsible for establishing and upholding the professional standards and quality of specialist training in Singapore including the evaluation of trainees' training and exit examinations.

Job Responsible:

• To provide secretarial support to the Specialist Training Committees/Residency Advisory Committee in monitoring and maintaining the training standards and deliverables

Requirement:

• Basic Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
• Experience in providing administrative support and financial experience would be an advantage (but not essential).
• Good office skills in MS Office with experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications.
• Must be able to perform in an environment dictated by deadlines.

Accountabilities:

HE Programme Delivery: Monitor and maintain an efficient and coordinated system to deliver the programmes. Oversee contracts, payments, billing, enrolment system set-up, student's pass validity and report checking. Ensure proper set-up for class selection, course evaluation and online teaching platforms. (as applicable)

Coordination with University Partners/Stakeholders: Maintain good relations with university partners/stakeholders and student leaders. To stay abreast of changes by university partners/stakeholders which may affect resource management. Coordinate and execute activities to facilitate visits.

Lecturer Management: Tabulate the information required for the accurate deployment of qualified lecturers. Ensure lecturers are approved to teach by both SIM and CPE. Propose resolutions to issues faced by lecturers. (as applicable)

Student Management: Oversee student life cycle. Maintain timely, friendly and nurturing communication with stakeholders including prospects, students and alumni. Resolve customer complaints and feedback. Work with academic leads to review academic performance and carry out intervention for weak-performing students.

Class Scheduling and Assessment Management: Carry out delivery operations in accordance with course requirements, CPE regulations and internal quality requirements. (as applicable).

Process Innovation: Coordinate data to enable digitisation and automation of systems. Collate team feedback, identify pain points and suggest workable ideas. Participate in testing and UAT of new systems before final execution.

Marketing and Recruitment: Maintain an updated pool of students and graduates to profile. Roster and support all marketing and recruitment efforts, conduct briefings and work with key stakeholders to ensure smooth on-boarding of new students.

Programme Review: Generate data and statistics for planning and review of activities. Follow through changes (system setup, etc) for programme reviews (internal and external).

Project Management: Oversee continuous improvement project to ensure project effectiveness and team engagement.

Academic Education and Work Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma / “A” Level holder with 3 - 5 years of working experience
