Data science is an important component of biomedical and translational research, where data of multiple modalities are being constantly generated at unprecedented scale. Job description

We are seeking a research officer to drive data management and analysis of large-scale biomedical multi-omics and clinical data. The candidate will be expected handle a number of tasks, including curate and QC incoming large-scale multi-omics data, implement and benchmark bioinformatics workflows, perform downstream analysis, develop file catalogues, databases, knowledge graphs and visualization of datasets, and implement international data standards to ensure data interoperability.
