Job Description

• Assist Discipline team in the following areas:
• Managing and tracking of late-comers with HOD Student Management and the Discipline Team.
• Patrolling within and outside school compound during and after school hours.
• Assisting HOD Student Management in tracking and monitoring pupils on detention and suspension.
• Assist the Discipline Team to investigate discipline cases.
• Provide administrative and logistic support for school events.

Requirements

• Minimum secondary school education
• At least 1 year of working experience in school administration and/or working with students / teenagers preferably in the area of discipline management
• Good team player
• Possess good people skills and able to engage students, contact parents and liaise with teachers
• Computer literacy (such as knowledge in MS Office - Word, Excel and/or relevant school IT systems etc)

Working hours

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7.30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
• Fridays: 7.30am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
• Service not required during year-end school holidays in November and December 2025.
