Job Summary: Responsible for the planning and execution of Education related activities and events in the Asia Pacific region (including China and Japan). The primary responsibility is to plan and implement educational events across the Asia-Pacific region.

Job Scope:

· Plan and implement educational events across the Asia-Pacific region.

· Coordinate with stakeholders including healthcare professionals, internal teams, and external partners.

· Assist the Education manager to Identify educational needs and develop relevant content.

· Organize logistics for training programs and workshops, including venues and travel arrangements.

· Implementation of these educational initiatives onsite

· Manage budgets for educational initiatives.

· Evaluate event effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.

· Continuously improve programs based on insights gathered.

· Summary clinical paper into an easy digestible format as needed

Requirements:

· Degree in Science, life science or clinical /medical related subject

· Medical device and/or healthcare industry background is a plus, not required.

· Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in the field Science or medical or clinical related field required

· Project management skills.

· Communication skills in English (both spoken & written)

· Experience working with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.

· Track record of successful event coordination and implementation

Job Description:

• Preparation, faciliating, conducting of classrooms and on-the-job training
• Monitor training effectiveness of programmes delivered
• Perform training administration duties and maintain training records
• Design and develop On The Job training plan
• Maintain and develop internal support to achieve service quality standards

Role Summary

Your role is to support & manage in-house technology; learning & courseware systems/technologies, mission critical applications including related Learning and Development Management System (LMS).

IN-HOUSE TECHNOLOGY

· Plan, manage & maintain sustainable IT infrastructure, cloud & network systems

· Manage & liaise closely with vendors and service providers to effectively manage the such infrastructure, cloud & network systems, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and validation of Statement Of Work (SOW)
