UWCSEA is seeking a passionate and committed Teacher of High School Physical Education and Sports Science to join our Dover Campus in August 2025.

He/She will work in developing effective pedagogical strategies for CET (Continuous Education and Training) courses. Their work will involve developing potential strategies based prior work and in-house qualitative/quantitative data collections, designing interventions based on these strategies, testing and piloting them across various adult/lifelong learning courses.

Major responsibilities include:

1. Working with A/Prof Suranga Nanayakkara and Senior Research Fellow at CHILL to conduct original, impactful research.

2. Taking the lead on research & development work related top pedagogical strategies for CET (Continuous Education and Training) courses.

3. Contributing to disseminate research outcomes to the audience in the field of Adult Learning/Education/Learning Sciences through presentations, demos and journal/conference papers.

4. Participating in project meetings as well as industrial/academic events.

• Animal Model Handling:
