Job Description

• Be responsible for learning administration- registration, communication, attendance, program administration including vendor management etc. and LMS management
• Contribute to the delivery and execution learning events and programmes
• Support in the activation of learners through self-directed learning, e-newsletters and other stand-up activation)
• Measure feedback and provide the same to monitor quality of providers & programs delivered
• Provide Head of People Development and Learning and HRDs with regular KPI dashboards and reports of various entities
• Support in the activation and administration process of performance management process, Year End process, and employee engagement survey
• Support the yearly Country Reporting Process in order to publish Learning KPIs in the annual report

JOB PURPOSE

To serve as a Psychosocial Support Executive cum Trainer under the Centre for Psychosocial Support, Singapore Red Cross Academy.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Training & Development

• Deliver mental health and psychosocial support related training under the Centre for Psychosocial Support.
• Develop mental health and psychosocial support related content and teaching aid for training.
• Assist in creation of original training materials on MHPSS topics, ensuring they are current, evidence- based, engaging, and adhere to best practices.
• Assist in adapting existing training materials to effectively cater to the specific needs and learning styles of diverse target audiences.
• Deliver training sessions when assigned

2. Trainer Management

• Support to lead trainer management, including assessment and coaching.
• Support and oversee trainer assessment function

3. Other Duties

• Administration duties related to training or tasks assigned by Head
• Facilitate events and advocacy efforts as a representative of the Centre.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a recognized university degree Psychology, Counselling or Social Work
• Preferably possessing ACTA qualification or DACE
• At least 1 year of relevant experience for graduates and 3 years for non-graduates in training related field in academia. Applicants with curriculum development experience will have an added advantage.
• Counseling or Psychology related education and work experience
• Training experience and qualifications (ACLP, DDLP, etc)
• Experience in Academic setting preferred

Additional Skills and Knowledge

• Good command of both spoken and written English.
• Excellent public speaking skills.
• Good ability to write.
• Good knowledge of training/teaching methodologies.
• Demonstrated expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Strong understanding of current MHPSS best practices and interventions.

Remarks: This is a 2 years contract role, Monday to Friday. The job incumbent with strong performance may be considered for conversion to a permanent role.
