The Services required are set out as follows:

- Help out with discipline cases such as manning in-school suspension &

detention classes, and helping out with peer-tutoring.

- To patrol the school two times a day / search for students who are

missing from class.

- Monitor students who are performing school service and after school

learning support programme.

- Keeping a database on latecoming records of students for reference by

the Student Behaviour Management Committee.

- Monitor Students who are required to return to school for learning

support programme during school holidays.

- Any other duties which the school deems fit.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative support to the Medical Director in all day to day operations of the medical services

• Maintain a registry of operational manuals and files related to the medical department and ensure that information contained therein is regularly updated
• Establish and maintain a system for filing and archiving all essential information and circulars from government agencies such as the Ministry of Health (MOH)
• Oversee and assist in the collation of statistics to various government agencies such as MOH
• Assist the Medical Director and the medical team in operating the pandemic and business continuity plans in the event such plans need to be activated
• Provide secretarial support to the Medical Director in all internal and external meetings

2. Project Management and Research (e.g Development of new services)

• Carry out fact finding and put up drafts for proposals of projects and new services
• Provide admin support to research teams
• Work with Institute Review Board (IRBs) with the review of research proposals
• Support external and internal projects as directed by the Medical Director

3. Coordinate continuing medical education and training

• Support the Medical Director and the medical team in the medical students attachment, residency programme and preparation for internal and external training – coordination of venue, preparation of slides and notes etc
• Assist the Medical Director in tracking all the training and education of the medical team and work with HR where necessary
• Provide secretariat support in organizing conferences in collaboration with other community and regional hospitals

Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Business Admin, Health Science or relevant field of study from a recognized institution
• Min 2-3 years of relevant work experience in healthcare / tertiary education institutions
• Comfortable with secretariat support scope as well
• A person of integrity, who is highly motivated and writes well
• Able to maintain good interpersonal relationships
• Able to work in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
