Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery:

• Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for external clients.

Courseware Development:

• Design and develop high-quality training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and multimedia resources.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and insights for course development.

Workplace Learning Consultancy:

• Assess client needs and provide tailored learning and development solutions to enhance organizational performance.
• Conduct training needs analysis and recommend appropriate training interventions.
• Offer guidance and support on workplace learning initiatives and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training, courseware development, or learning and development.
• Proven track record of delivering successful training programs and developing effective courseware.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in e-learning platforms, instructional design software, and multimedia tools.
• Professional certification in training, learning and development, or instructional design (e.g., ACTA, ACLP, DACE or DDDLP).
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Teacher and coordinator, conducting lessons and managing a team of teachers

 Designing and implementing learning or teaching situations based on French programs and

standards

 Convey subject knowledge

 Designing and implementing methods of assessment of students' learning, in liaison with

other teachers or professional partners

 Ensuring that students acquire skills including capability and know-how, among others

 Contributing to the school's operation and teamwork

 Adapting his/her teaching to the diversity of students by providing each of them with the

necessary support, and assess their achievements

 Using educational softwares to support learning

 Exercising specific functions such as coordination and mentoring, among others

 Supporting/Training teachers in class management and pedagogy

SKILLS, ABILITY AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

 French Ministry of Education degree holder

 Deep understanding of the subject and the curriculum

 Experience in teaching in Primary school, as well as with teacher training

 Knowledge of the French curriculum

• Take charge of designating clients to various teams (traffic control), depending on each team's existing workload
• Maintain an organised record of clients for different departments to contact and follow-up with in future

Business Development:
