NUS is a Training Partner of an IMDA-appointed Training Partner Consortium formed to set up and operate a Programme Manager Office (PMO) to support the upskilling and reskilling of the ICT workforce. The PMO isknown as NUS ICT Academy. SCALE shall, in partnership with other NUS Faculties and Schools, manage the Academy. To augment the manpower resources in the Academy, we are looking for suitably qualified candidates to join as Skills Managers (NUS ICT Academy).
This role is offered on a 3-year fixed term contract basis, subject to satisfactory performance.

Responsibilities:
Partnership
• Collaborate with relevant partners and government agencies to actively promote L&D opportunities withorganisations.
• Collaborate with the various Institutions of Higher Learning, Training Providers and NUS Academic Units inproviding suitable academic and training programmes, seeking government funding support and engaging inorganisations’ L&D activities.
• Manage the relationship and implementation of organisations’ manpower re-deployment plans; organisationsinclude MNCs, Large Local Enterprises (LLEs), SMEs, members of Trade Associations & Chambers (TACs) andUnions.
• Grow a strong network of organisations as key employers and industry partners.
Learning & Development
• Be the enabler of workforce transformation through upskilling and reskilling.
• Engage and work with organisations to develop training needs analyses, identify skills gaps and executetraining plans.
• Work with schools to create and execute high-impact and high-quality programmes that are aligned withlearners’ needs, interests and priorities.
• Collate feedback on completed training to evaluate and measure results and make improvements asrequired.
• Keep abreast of Learning & Development trends, ideas and innovation to introduce and incorporateinnovative and appropriate learning methodologies and technologies to facilitate learning and development.
• Source, implement, manage and evaluate relevant learning interventions (including e-learning) andfacilitators/speakers/trainers to meet learning needs in alignment with business goals of organisations.
