Job Description

• Baking Assistant to the Chef
• Teaching basic baking steps to customers
• Tidying and washing up at the studio
• Attending to customers

Requirements

• Able to to work shifts / weekends / flexible hours
• Willing to learn
• Able to converse simple English
• Immediate employment available

Responsibilities:

• Invitations and RSVPs such as tracking of responses

• Post-event Follow up such as compiling of photos and documents and sending of thank you emails.

• Coordination and Communication such as monitoring of the mailbox for correspondences

• Logistics Coordination as seating arrangements

• Provide admin support in related lines of business

Requirements:

• Has experience in performing administrative work

• Meticulous

• Proficient in using IT systems
