Summary:
An ICT Trainer educates teachers and students on how to effectively use technology for teaching, learning, and administrative tasks. They provide training sessions, workshops, and support to help individuals develop digital literacy skills and apply those skills in the real world.
Job Description:
Conduct ICT-based training workshops for students and teachers, to follow up after the workshops with surveys and a compilation of the work done.
Trainer IC for the Robotics Club
Administrating ICT-based systems not under MOE
Manage and update the school website regularly
Assist the AV Technicians during school events and activities with audio systems and softwares
Involve in daily activities such as phototaking,editing,creating posters/brochures, stocktaking etc.
Assist HOD in Edtech in ICT/AV-related duties, be it administrative or operational when necessary
Complete any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the school when needed
Requirements:
Having a minimum of 2 years working experience in a related field to ICT is preferred, especially in a school setting
Proficiency in such functions or applications but not limited to are preferred:
-Microsoft apps such as Microsoft Office,Word,Excel
-HTML and/or CSS
-Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, Youtube Live
Being able to troubleshoort a variety of ICT related issues are also an advantage
Having communication skills coupled with a pleasant personality is also a plus

Contract for 1 year
Working hours: Mondays-Fridays, 7:00am-4:30pm
