Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients within assigned waste management market segments to establish and nurture productive business relationships.
- Prepare comprehensive proposals and negotiate advantageous deals on behalf of the company, maintaining close communication with potential customers to gather feedback on quotations, competitors' responses, and decision-makers' intentions.
- Collaborate with Customer Service Executives to facilitate the preparation of sales orders and ensure accurate documentation.
- Prepare regular sales reports for presentation to the Sales Manager, and assist in maintaining and updating the Customer Database with essential information such as contact details and preferences.
- Support the Customer Care Program by monitoring customer satisfaction levels, addressing complaints promptly, and adapting strategies to meet changing customer needs and preferences.
- Conduct market intelligence activities to gather information on customers, competitors, market trends, and emerging opportunities, contributing to informed decision-making and strategic planning initiatives.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Must possess own vehicle
- Must posses 1 year of chemical sales experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and PR skills
- Excellent sales track records
- Team oriented and dynamic
