• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and project management techniques.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and stakeholders.
• Prefer experience with large-scale infrastructure projects involving roads, highways, or transportation

• To provide wherever and whenever necessary standing supervision for the construction of civil and structural works in accordance with the Project specifications, construction drawings and Building Control Act and Regulations
• To be overall in charge of the management and control of a team of site staff or Resident Technical Officer in performing their duties on site so that they can provide satisfactory supervision
