• Reviewing technical submissions of tender documents and preparing relevant documents and drawings for tendering
• Provide technical support in the tendering process
• Prepare progress report, claim, and variation order and prepare company ISO documentation
• Plan and organize as required the design approach and prioritization of work according to work scope and site condition
• To issue final specification/bill of materials for purchase order and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure budget and terms and conditions of purchases are met
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
• Minimum of at least 12 years of related working experience in a similar role
• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
