Job Scope:

• Perform servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting on equipment and system the at site
• Ensure the equipment is functionality
• Involve of Installation work for machine
• Partner with other technicians and engineer to perform daily operation
• Respond and attend to fault calls from client
• Ensure Timely check the equipment to ensure they are in workable condition
• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance

Requirement

• Possess at least NITEC and relevant field
• 2 years relevant experiences will be advantage

Job Description

. Understand used computer-aided design software, including AutoCAD 2D, Revit BIM MEP.

. Liase with BIM Manager Interpreted technical drawings, schematics and computer generated reports to revise CAD drawings.

· Assist project manager to oversee overall project progress, manpower and monitor project schedule.

· Day to day site co-ordinations with main con, sub-contractors at construction site to ensure site works complete within the time line.

· Support and allocation of resources as planned and submit daily work progress and manpower forecast report.

· To preparation, submission and obtain approval of MOS, RA, SWP, shop drawings, material, equipment, RFA, RFI etc. Filing and recording of project documentation.

· Able to study, draw and plan basic electrical drawing and able amend and update drawing.

· Attend technical meeting, daily site progress meeting and safety meetings.

· To preparation of OMM manual, As-Built drawings, training and DLP program.

Requirements

. Minimum Diploma or Degree in electrical Engineering/ Construction Engineering/ Eletronic Technology or equivalent Minimum 1 years’ working experience in projects

· Obtained certificate Intermediate Revit (MEP) (Autodesk)

· Good communication and interaction skill.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
