Responsibilities  

• Responsible for Implementing and/or Maintaining cloud infrastructure in AWS, Azure and Google Cloud for Xtremax Customer  
• Provide support related to customer issue with the Cloud Infrastructure.  
• Work closely with IT security to monitor privacy and develop incident-response procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Has minimum 2 years experience working with AWS services and architecture.
• Proven experience in:
  Writing infrastructure code using Terraform.
  Site Reliability Engineering practices and incident management.
  Building and managing both Windows and Linux servers in cloud environments.
  Managing Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
• Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Bash and PowerShell).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS Certified (AWS Solutions Architect, AWS SysOps Engineer).
• Experience with other cloud providers (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Knowledge of other Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Terragrunt).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies other than Kubernetes (e.g., Docker).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide second-level technical support for datacenter and building networks, including WAN and LAN environments.
• Manage and maintain firewall systems, ensuring security policies and configurations are up to date.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to various network devices, such as routers, switches, and load balancers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network changes and upgrades.
• Monitor network performance and security, identifying and addressing potential vulnerabilities and risks.
• Participate in the design and implementation of network solutions, ensuring scalability and reliability.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/ Information Technology/ Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a network support role, with a strong focus on datacenter and building networks.
• In-depth knowledge of firewall management and experience with firewall technologies, including Checkpoint and Palo Alto.
• Proficiency in supporting a variety of network devices, including Cisco routers and switches.
• Familiarity with WAN and LAN technologies, including routing protocols and network segmentation.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
• Relevant certifications in network technologies, such as CCNA, CCNP, Check Point Certified Systems Administrator (CCSA), and Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE), are advantageous.

Requirements

• Min Degree in Electrical & Electronics/ Mechanical/ Electromechanical/ Mechatronics/ Optics and Photonics Engineering or relevant
• Min 2 years of working experience in manufacturing/ production industry
• Experience in optics/ lasers/ optical microscopic imaging/ multi-channel fluorescence system used in analytical equipment is an added advantage.
• Experience in using multi-meter, function generator and oscilloscope.

• Checks the adequacy of technical specifications.
• Maintains and distributes technical specifications to the property manager and supervisor.

Requirements:

• Preferably with experience in handling maintenance projects in the oil and gas and petrochemical industries.
