Responsible for overall project management and coordination to new and existing projects with the proper monitoring of manpower allocation, project requirement and attendance of meeting, etc.

• Prepare, discuss and report project schedule, cash flow, budget, etc. with the management.
• Track and report weekly on project(s) completion.
• Track and forecast on monthly project revenue and expenses, etc and other key project metrics.
• Outline and determine project roles of team members based on respective project requirement, timeframe and budget.

Network Lead will drive the implementation of strategy for infrastructure operations and maintenance to ensure availability of stable and secure systems. He/She manages project resource allocation and develops infrastructure implementation, operations and maintenance engineers; scopes out policies and sets performance expectations. He identifies problems and presents new methodologies and/or solutions to key stakeholders to enhance and improve the delivery of infrastructure operations and maintenance services. Experience in leading a team of 3-5 network engineer. A relevant IT degree and CCIE is preferred.

Support infrastructure design and implementation

• Support technical system analysis to determine the extent to which solutions perform “as required” to ensure that future solutions meet anticipated demand
• Support the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions that adhere to current architecture standards
• Lead the design installations, system migration and integration
• Lead the testing and handover of implemented infrastructure solution

Support infrastructure operations

• Support delivery of optimal infrastructure operations
• Create documents on administration, installation, configuration and troubleshooting
• Apply diagnostic tools to perform technical analysis of complex software, hardware and infrastructure equipment
• Support the development of report on infrastructure capabilities and limitations

Maintain infrastructure

• Support the improvement of maintenance capability by using automation for upgrades, enterprise backup and storage
• Identify key infrastructure operations issues and maintenance priorities

• Develop report on performance and availability of infrastructure systems by review of service uptime, utilisation, throughput etc.

Optimise infrastructure performance

• Support the initiatives to improve the infrastructure systems and service delivery through automation and virtualisation technologies
• Support the monitoring of performance, availability and security of infrastructure systems and key operational metrics

Resolve incidents

• Support problem/issue identification and resolution
• Escalate problems/issues
• Support simulation of user problems to resolve operating difficulties
• Diagnose problem source through discussions with users
• Recommend system modifications to reduce user problems
• Support planned maintenance events, system backup processes and disaster recovery drills
• Support implementation of preventive solutions

• Provide maintenance support to our clientele and ensure that SLA commitments and requirements are met;

• Responsible for attending to incident calls and allocation of calls from the Helpdesk Team;

• Provide daily update to Helpdesk Team and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures;

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues pertaining to Network Configurations and other related issues across a broad spectrum of technologies and solutions;

• Administration and maintenance of Network Based Environment or related issues as per client's requirements;

• Provide onsite and remote infrastructure support and configuration, including amongst others, relocation, upgrades or installations;

• Render prompt and timely follow-up to clients to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction

• To work with product team on any system enhancement or troubleshooting.

• Replacement of faulty equipment;

• Update service reports and documentations; and

• Perform any other adhoc assignments as may be assigned.

Requirements

Diploma in IT or relevant discipline.

Prefer experience in desktop support and good working knowledge in Windows OS, Basic Networking.

Experience in customer support environment will be advantageous.

Good technical, analytical and troubleshooting skills, with strong customer-oriented attitude and inter-personal skills,

Willing to travel to multiple sites

Willing to work alternate shift hours: 2 days work and 2 days off rotational shift (AM Shift: 8AM to 8PM; PM Shift 8PM to 8AM)

Responsibilities

• Configures and installs various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN)
• Performs network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
• Supporting and maintaining the Windows Servers and Office 365
• Monitor and manage system alerts and notifications and respond accordingly through service tickets.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / IT Networking or any other related field of studies.
• At least three (3) years of experience is required
• Product knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, VMware vSphere, VMware vCenter, Hyper-V
• Good technical skills in LAN/WAN, configuration and troubleshooting PC and server hardware knowledge
• Hands-on experience with Windows environment and experience in troubleshooting, configuring servers and email support will be advantageous
