JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Prepare and regularly (weekly) submit reports and maintain records
• Manage the quality assurance/quality control function on-site on various project phases.
• Ensure that the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and Method Statements are implemented by the sub-contractor on site and the particular hold points required are coordinated with the Project Team.
• Review Inspection, Test, Plans as submitted by the sub-contractor’s and ensure compliance with authorities/client's requirements.
• Closely monitor site activities, fully coordinate with site engineers, issuing NCR’s in case of non-compliance.
• Monitoring and checking calibration of plants, equipment and testing instruments.
• Monitoring plant conditions and material production during construction phase.
• Approval of source of materials, keeping track of the testing, quality and usage of materials procured for the works.
• Perform inspections of deliverables to ensure that material is as per approvals.
• Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents
• Carry out Internal Audit at the site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan(PQP).
• Able to identifies problems, root cause & offers solutions.
• Experience in handling Conquas application procedure.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in civil engineering/construction relevant, regconised by PE Board
• 5 years experience or above with LTA project experience
• Proficient in CONQUAS

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise all engineering works, restricted activities civil, architectural, electrical and mechanical works
• Liaise with QP(s) for technical issues and coordinate the site activities
• Overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets

Engineer - Weapon Electronics & System Integration

• Responsible for carrying out the design tasks and supporting the design activities
• To prepare the Technical Specifications
• To prepare of General Arrangement Plan (GAP)

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
• Relevant experience in Marine or Integration work will be advantageous
• Able to use or learn software such as AutoCAD to produce drawings (2D & 3D)
• Keen interest in project management and coordination work

We are seeking a Senior Engineer to become part of our Development team at our manufacturing facility, which focuses on new product and technology development. Your responsibilities will include participating in the development of deposition processes for new product innovation, employing statistics-driven methods for experimental design and data analysis, and staying updated on the latest advancements in the field. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will need to coordinate with the R&D team at our facility in Nagasaka, Japan, to provide engineering support for all activities and new product setups.

Essential Responsibilities

• Research and Development: Lead and participate in research projects focused on developing new mask blank materials and technologies. This includes designing, synthesizing, and characterizing thin films and materials used in photomask blanks.
• Process Development: Develop and optimize deposition processes (e.g., sputtering, chemical vapor deposition) to achieve desired material properties and performance criteria. Implement process control strategies to ensure consistency and quality.
• Material Characterization: Conduct in-depth analyses of materials using various characterization techniques (e.g., SRM, TEM, XPS, AFM) to evaluate film properties, uniformity, and defect levels. Interpret data to guide the development process.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure the seamless integration of new materials and processes into production. Provide technical expertise and support throughout the product life cycle.

Skills and Competencies Profile

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Research and Development, with a strong background in thin-film deposition, material science, and semiconductor manufacturing. Experience in the mask blank industry is highly desirable.
• Expertise in thin-film deposition techniques (e.g., sputtering, CVD), material characterization methods (e.g., SEM, TEM, XPS, AFM), and process optimization. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation is required.
• Experience demonstrating statistical skills in data analysis. Knowledge of JMP, Minitab, DOE, and SPC is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
• Able to work effectively in both cleanroom and fast-paced environments.
