Main Duties:

• Oversee the construction activities and progress, plan, implement and monitor tunnel works.
• Oversee Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) works at site.
• Schedule in accordance to the master and detailed work program
• Liaise with Professional Engineer on the Temporary works
• Liaise with consultants (QPS) for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors
• Handling of technical and engineering problems
• Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to tunnel construction works, ensure progress according to schedule.
• Maintain quality standards, carry out site inspections and resolve technical issues on time
• Prepare report and method statement whenever necessary
• Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep site safe and neat
• Coordination, supervision and monitoring of tunnel works
• TBM cutter head intervention and face inspection under compressed air

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering and/or Geology equivalent
• Minimum 10 years’ of relevant experience in civil underground tunnel works
• Experience with Tunnel Geology is advantageous.
• Preferred to have extensive experience in operation & maintenance of TBM guidance system and data acquisition system (ENZAN)
• Experience in managing D/wall and Borepiling and Tunneling Projects
• Able to commit to at least 5.5D work week and long working hours to meet tight project deadlines

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience in managing cloud-based infrastructure and applications.
• Knowledge of Linux, AIX, JBOSS, MariaDB, SQL, Shell
