Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS).
• Understand and apply HVAC, Building Automation, and Energy Management systems to meet project specifications and ensure optimal system performance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software and hardware issues in installed BMS and EMS systems.
• Analyze and resolve communication problems with control devices and other system components.
• Perform software preventive maintenance on installed BMS and EMS equipment to ensure system longevity and reliability.
• Support system commissioning and testing processes to verify that systems function as intended.
• Assist in system upgrades, ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructure and adherence to project timelines.

Key Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, Building Automation, Energy Management, or related control systems.
• Familiarity with communication protocols such as BACnet, MODBUS, and LON.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving system issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Provide front-line engineering support for M&E systems
• Carry out/ ensure routine & preventive maintenance services of M&E systems in accordance to plan/master schedule
• Conduct site inspections and data logging for critical M&E systems
• Perform preliminary troubleshooting and rectification of M&E issues
• Manage and supervise contractors to perform maintenance/ repair/ replacement works
