Responsibilities
· Promote and propose company's productive systems to builders.
· Prepare structural calculations, detailed shop drawings and coordination drawings.
· Coordinate with builders/subcon to ensure stiffeners are delivered to site.
· Review and analyse project requirements and design specifications.
· Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.
· Perform on site measurement and ensure quantities tally with plotted drawings.
· Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to design standards.
· Coordinate with the consultants and contractors / subcontractors to resolve any product technical / site issues.
Requirements:
· Degree/ Diploma in civil engineering or its equivalent.
· At least 2 year local experience, in supervising structural and civil works with the main contractor or structural consultant firm.
· Possess strong leadership quality, dynamic and reliability.
· Customer driven with excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
· Candidates with the relevant education qualifications but no prior work experience will also be considered.
· Able to work independently as well as in a team.
· Knowledge in AutoCad/Revit/Tekla/Stadpro is an added Advantage.
