Job Description

• Review the BIM model and ensure correct the installation details, compliance with design specifications and guidelines.
• Supervise and coordinate site installation works by contractors.
• Attending site coordinate meetings with main-con, consultants and contractor.
• Lead daily briefing and execute the project activities and oversee implementation of the quality plan.
• Coordinate installation activities, site safety, order, arrange and receive M&E major equipment delivery for contractors’ installation.
• Site progress update bi-weekly and monthly.
• Arrange and attend material, equipment, installation, and testing inspection.
• Carry out testing and commissioning and handover of completed work activities to respective authorities or clients to in timely manner and delivery with desired quality standards and safety aspects.

• Possess a recognized Civil & Structural Engineering degree acceptable for registration with the IES Singapore. Registration with BOA is an added advantage.
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience supervising institutional buildings of reasonable complexity. Good knowledge and experience in A&A works, conservation trade and restoration techniques.
• Possess a complete understanding of local regulations/ codes for building projects, complying with BCA's criteria for buildability and safety assurance systems.
• Good supervisory and leadership skills, with experience leading a team of RTOs.
• Supervision and manage site supervisors for architecture work.

• Attend site progress, technical, client-consultant, variation, coordination meetings etc., with the project team and client.
• Ensure that proper site documentation for ongoing works, site meetings, safety records, method statements, shop drawings, as-built submissions etc., are well managed and relayed

We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant System Engineer cum Administrator to join our team.

• To collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to enhance the overall employee experience within the realm of end user computing.
