Duties to Perform:

The Senior Chemical Engineer will work on designing, tendering, and monitoring the installation of bulk chemical and high purity chemical systems for industrial facilities in semiconductors, electronics, biopharma, and related industries. Requirements:

You should have a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or equivalent.

You should have sound experience in designing high-purity chemicals and distribution systems related to semiconductors manufacturing or similar facilities. You should be able to comprehend clients’ URS, and design with concept design, schematics, PFDs, P&IDs, routing layout, the scope of work, specifications, and functional descriptions. The experience in designing Gas systems will be definite added advantage.

Your familiarity with the Semi standards and both Singapore and Malaysia standards, manufacturing tools, materials, and CAD/ BIM will be an added advantage. You should be able to make presentations to clients and engineers on design, tendering, project execution, supervising progress, and quality of work.

Responsibilities

A Test New Product Management Engineer is responsible for ensuring all the New Product Integration (NPI) Demand Line/engineering /adhoc build runs are implemented in timely fashion per commitment without any interruptions from 4Ms perspectives to ensure the critical metric targets are met.

• Be equipped with the latest product qualification roadmap and ensuring the readiness of all the 4M associated with the products are on par with the schedule.

• Upfront readiness and preparation for capacity including tool and tooling as well as acquiring the allocation officially to not to have a conflict with production build.
• Work collaboratively with Production Operations Management (POM), Product Engineering -Industrial Engineering (PE-IE), Product Engineer, Product Integration Engineer, and Site Team (Assembly NPM, Production, Engineering, Warehouse and Logistics) to ensure commitment are delivered in a timely manner.

• Day to day security monitoring on the Azure security alerts, DSM alerts and any other custom alerts related to security.
