Customer support:

• To arrange service visiting, install, repair, troubleshooting, and relocation on site.

• To set up and dismantle equipment for demonstrations.

• To conduct equipment familiarization training for users.

• To answer service enquiries.

• To attend user’s meetings.

• To install and commission new equipment at customer’s sites.

Service administration

• To prepare service quotations, contracts, report, and invoice.

• To arrange spare parts from suppliers.

• To send / deliver repair item and spare parts.

• To collect equipment for in-house repairs.

• To deliver new equipment to customers.

• To attack and pursue outstanding debts.

• To send faulty parts to vendors for checking and testing.

• To furnish technical information and quality report to Principal.

Job requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Biomedical / Electrical)

• Min. 1 to 2 years of experience in going clients’ sites to perform servicing

• Experience in medical device servicing is advantageous

Job Description:

• Develop Manufacturing / Operating Instructions and necessary Standard Operating Procedures.
• Develop, maintain and troubleshoot the process control system recipe / models.
• Carry out technical assessment for evaluation of processes
• Investigate, report and troubleshoot findings on both quality and EHS related issues observed during manufacturing or during batch record review.
• Develop, implement and monitor robust preventive measures for processing issues.
• Play a pro-active role in ensure the site safety and quality standards are adhered to.
• Proactively monitor, identify, develop and implement improvements in processes and equipment.
• Communicate on a regular basis to the plant personnel on process updates.
• Train the process technicians and fellow process engineers on the process and procedures as required.

Requirements

• Min Degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical Engineering or Degree in Science with Major in Chemistry
• Has min 2 years of experience
• Demonstrated ability to provide technical solutions for complex problems through equipment and process understanding
• Working knowledge of Regulations, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Proactive, has experience with high performance teams, strong interpersonal and project management skills

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or in relevant disciplines.
• At least 6 years of working experience in AWS, IT operations and vendor management.

• Support new operation initiatives and to drive development of system integration,acceptance, performance management practice and performance testing.
• Work with different stakeholders to perform technical support for any incident or request.
• Support infrastructure services either on premise, hybrid, or public cloud environment to support systems by working closely with different stakeholders.
• Support integration services between external systems either on premise, hybrid, or public cloud environment to support systems by working closely with different stakeholders.
• Responsible for ensuring backup solution for data and system are operational state
• Support for any application/platform and security incidents, work with various internal teams and vendors to resolve issues on a timely basis to meet SLA.

• Ensure that Standard Operation Processes (SOPs) are properly documented and complies with audit requirements.
