Job Overview:

Life Science Engineering Lead

The engineering lead will have the accountability for all technical hard services and project delivery. His role will be to set the maintenance strategy and reliability program and ensuring we continually have the correct mix of skillsets through the team. They will review and approve all work permits, method statements, & risk assessments, and drive engineering best practice with a focus on consistent standards and continuous improvement. You will ensure compliance of vendor procurement processes with agreed client procurement guidelines as well as JLL best practice.

MAINTENANCE & ENGINEERING

• Plan and carry out preventive maintenance throughout the hotel to ensure standards are maintained for guest comfort.
• Prioritise and carry out maintenance as requested by Departments on a daily basis to ensure the smooth running of all hotel departments.
