Job Scopes & Responsibilities

• Create CAD & technology using machine software from Turret / Laser NC programming.
• Create development drawings from customer’s drawings (complicated parts & structures).
• Provide engineering support for production processes and assemblies.
• Design sheet metal product according to customer’s requirements.
• Able to led a team to determine the project steps and approaches (NPI)
• Monitor, follow-up and periodically reviewed project progress.
• Design innovative tooling solution in order to reduce production cost, improve product quality, process efficiency and support product development to meet customers’ requirement.
• Develop and maintain documentation of processes and procedures (WI)
• Provide detail drawings and bill of materials for equipment and sub-assemblies.
• Liaise with in-house Engineers & Technician on assembly and testing.
• Willing to travel on an occasional basis, both domestically and internationally to support the Engineering team when required.

Key Skills and Qualification

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in relevant field. Working experience in sheet metal environment an advantage.
• Able to travel and work independently.
• Able to read drawings and understand welding symbols, surface finishes and tolerances.
• Knowledge in Solidworks, AutoCad and ProE software

• Leading innovative and strategic solutions to enhance frontend manufacturing processes, improve product yield and quality.
• Leverage transformative technologies including but not limited to advanced modeling, process simulation/emulation, advanced data analytics, smart manufacturing and AI techniques, to identify area of improvement and prescribe solutions with model-based problem solving process;
• Leading with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to PI, YE, PEE, RAM and SMAI teams, to design and implement solutions aimed at optimizing yield and reducing defect;
• Leading strategic roadmap design and implementation plan with suppliers;
• This role requires in-depth expertise in frontend process technologies, as well as strong focus on research and development to stay ahead of industry trends and drive continuous improvement in yield and quality.
• In-depth knowledge in semiconductor frontend processes and integration, design and testing

• Control the contractors work and quality of work for site in field.
• Measure and Estimate of contractor work and report to Project Manager.
• Manage day-to-day on a construction site and the main source of technical advice and quality control for everyone working on it.
• Checking drawings and quantities and ensuring the accuracy of calculations.

We are looking for a creative, resourceful Mechanical Design Engineer to join us. The Mechanical Design Engineer is responsible for conceptual / detailed design and will have the opportunity to participate in prototyping, installation, testing and verification of their design. This role requires good technical writing skills to produce documentation for submission to Customers and Clients. The Mechanical Design Engineer will work with a multi-disciplinary team and exposed to interactions with customers, partners, vendors, and sub-contractors.

Job Requirement:

• Well-versed with Solidworks and AutoCAD
