Job Scope

1) To handle operation of maintenance of M&E systems.

2) To coordinate with internal and external clients on renovation and reinstatement of tenant offices.

3) Need to read M&E drawings.

4) To manage technicians.

5) To ensure all operational works are carry out in an efficient way.

Requirements

1) Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical)

2) Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity by BCA will be an added advantage

3) Minimum 3 years of working experience

4) Proficient in Microsoft Office

5) Auto-cad knowledge will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with contractors to ensure project meet the requirement, specification & achieved within schedule as plan

• Plan, execute & monitor on the work progress based on the project timeline & project budget

• Carried out inspection/test & commissioning with customers, inspectors & other contractors.

• Discuss & resolve technical issue due to feasibility on the construction from design

• Involve in technical meeting & assist in preparing of site documentations as needed

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronic/Marine Engineering

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop detailed supervision schedule and comprehensive checklist for the conduct of the inspection and supervision.
• Review and check the construction drawings, method statements and construction sequence for all aspects of the temporary and permanent works of the micro-tunnelling and mining works, and their interface with the cut-and-cover tunnels, modification proposals to the design and construction methods and to advise on necessary amendments.
• Review and check all contingency measures and their application and decision structure, including all rectification proposals.
• Follow up and supervise all modification, additional and rectification.
• Supervise every stage of the mining construction, including all excavation, shotcreting, installation of support/stabilising elements, casting of concrete and all other works to achieve the full completion of the tunnel, in a safe manner.
• Prepare and submit independent daily assessment report.
• Monitor and assess the instrumentation results and implement/instruct the execution of the various courses of action when the readings and its trend is deviated from the predicted values.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Civil and Structural Engineering
• Registered with the BCA and accredited RE/RTO by IES/ACES
• Minimum 5 years' experience in relevant field
• Be conversant in local legislation, regulations, and codes.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall execution of projects based on project requirements;
• Review designs, specifications, calculations and other submittals;
• Oversee the project assessment phases;
• Ensure the designs and models developed are in accordance to project requirements;
• Lead the tendering processes;
• Manage a team of engineers and ensures continuous performance improvement;
• May be expected to perform the responsibilities of a Qualified Person in accordance with the Building Control Act;
• Required to work both in office and at project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or equivalent
• 17 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity.

Qualifications:

• Masters or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and algorithms, with familiarity with the latest open-source AI platforms and tools.
• Experience with data annotation automation techniques, active learning, and human-in-the-loop processes.
• Familiarity with synthetic data generation techniques and their application in enhancing model training.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Salary range: 6k-10k
