• Maintain the Network Data, Wireless and Voice device inventory
• Monitor the devices in the monitoring tool, up/down, regaular config backup, etc
• Execute tech refresh on absolete devices
• Prepare and maintain the Voice extn tracker New Extn assignment, Extn deletion, Extn re-assignment and properly document in the tracker.
• Wireless monitoring and troubleshooting, in the event of user complains Value adds on the network data, wireless and voice architecture.

Requirements:

• 5-10 year’s implementation experience in Network Data, Wireless and Voice
• Understanding of networking protocols
• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Management or related field, and/or advanced networking certifications.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
• Solid understanding of network & security technologies:
• Hands-on network configuration experience with Cisco etc.
• Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources.
• Basic level understanding of Cisco Routing and Swicth/Data networking skill, including DHCP, QoS, IP routing protocols.

Electrical Engineer (Tekong Island)

Responsibilities

• To monitor and supervise sub contractors’ work progression according to shop drawings, method statements, material and samples
• To liaise and work with relevant authorities, sub-contractors, main contractor or clients on shop drawings, materials and samples
• Review and align electrical design drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications and guidelines
• Knowledge in M&E and able to identify discrepancies between M&E, structural, ID, architectural and client provisions
• Manage and execute project as per the deadline
• Attend meeting with subcontractors / contractors / clients to address issues and update progress
• Study and review drawings, specifications for compliance
• Allocate work and ensure jobs are correctly and properly achieved within standards and SOP.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Good knowledge of M&E specifications and requirements
• Calculation, BIM, Revit, Autocad would be an advantage
• Candidate with more than 8 years of relevant experience will be considered for Senior position

The Facilities Technician ensures that facilities are safe and functional by performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities. He/She conducts technical troubleshooting for mechanical and electrical issues in compliance with the quality and safety standards, regulations and organizational Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform daily operational activities which includes attending to customers' enquiries, needs and complaints
• Perform preventive and breakdown technical support and maintenance for mechanical/electrical services, plumbing & sanitary services, Aircon servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers, and electrical control
• Ensure all LEW paperwork/documentations are completed and filed in accordance to regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Possess LEW certificate with EMA or hold a valid Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) certification of Grade 7
• Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical or related field
• Candidates with 2 years or more related experience in Facilities Management will be an added advantage
