YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be responsible for the coaching & development of project delivery team’s abilities on:

• Acceptance Criteria Driven Testing
• Test Driven Development
• Behaviour Driven Development / Testing

You will be the key member of a delivery team from inception phase and will be pivotal in defining Acceptance Criteria for User Stories in Project Backlog (Project delivery in Agile – Scrum framework).

You will also define the scope of - Unit, Integration & ETE tests & come up with “Test Pyramid '' structure for the Project delivery & suggest improvements in planning, if needed. You will play a huge role in designing Unit Test & Integration test framework (with test’s) & train delivery team members on the same.

Also, be responsible to deliver ‘End to End’ Tests using flexible framework & design techniques.

Not restricted to:

• Creating test automation scripts using Selenium.
• Maintaining test results and sharing same with Stakeholders.

But also:

• Play a crucial role in execution & managing, Test deliverables.
• Frequent communication with users, vendors, etc

WHO YOU ARE:

• Strong experience in Test Automation, Test Framework Design, Planning & Development.
• Good Experience in managing the Functional and Test Automation activities
• Sound understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle in Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Experience in web technologies (e.g. Java and JavaScript)
• Ability to work independently and take decisions
• Experience in working directly with Technical leads, project managers, and Business Analysts in business and IT organization
• Experience in the execution of tests throughout the lifecycle of development projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong change management control, and high problem-solving skills.
• Good to have, knowledge of exploratory testing, session, charter definition, etc.
• An expert in Unit Test, Integration Test techniques & implementation experience
• Familiar with web testing tool like Selenium
• Worked with Open Source testing frameworks & design technique

• Project Planning & Monitoring, follow-up & prepare report on work site progress work closely with Project Manager on co-ordination & planning for work
• Attend site meeting
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions and most importantly, on schedule
• Co-ordinate all aspects of works with client & sub-contractors
• Control the use of site resources and overall project cost & also monitor and control wastage on site
• Cooperate with the company's technical department and participate in the implementation of BIM and C-score
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Civil/Structural/Mechanical from a recognized institution by BCA
• Working experience in the construction industry – HDB project would be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee electrical installation projects on site.
• Coordinate and collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.
• Monitor and manage project progress according to schedules and budgets.
• Review and approve electrical design drawings and specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks on electrical installations.
• Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during electrical works.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to project management.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of electrical works.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 – 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in industrial or commercial industry and project management background.
• Prior experience in handling LTA projects will be an added advantage.
