Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence.
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
· Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets.
· Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
· Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
· Prepare proposals, presentations, and other business development materials.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in any field (Engineering Degree will be advantages).
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales roles.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to work independently and drive results.
· Occasional travelling is required
Preferred Skills:
· Experience in Factory Automation industry an advantage
· Multilingual abilities are a plus.
