We are seeking a Structural Engineer to join our award-winning Building Structures team in Singapore. You will work across a variety of buildings projects across institutional, commercial, aviation, government, and transport sectors.

What’ll you do in a day:

• Innovative structural concept design, detailed design and specification, and the production of all forms of technical engineering deliverables for medium to large-size Building projects within a multi-disciplinary design team.
• Provide design sketches and reports required for schematic, design development and constructions phases of projects.
• Construction support including staging, sequencing, and troubleshooting on construction activities.
• Attend the project design meetings and assist the project managers with coordination of the design tasks.
• Comply with technical, procedural, and behavioural aspects of the job within the company to ensure standards of health and safety, quality, and ethics are maintained in undertaking all projects and other activities.
• Implementing and promoting digital design in project delivery
• Ensuring project performance excellence in delivery and assist in developing the Mott MacDonald technical profile
• Collaboration with other engineering disciplines and consultants
• Assisting with scoping, estimating, pricing and managing projects

We are seeking a Structural Engineer with relevant experience who can demonstrate the following attributes:

• Structural engineering degree qualification.
• Knowledge of Euro code design, excellent basic knowledge with hands on experience in FEM analysis and BIM integration is preferred
• A detailed knowledge and experience of relevant standards and specifications.
• Local experience working with architects, developers and contractors.
• The ability to produce high-quality engineering deliverables for construction
• Be enthusiastic and ambitious, with a willingness to learn and develop
• Be self-motivated with good organisational capability
• Be team focused and able to collaborate in multi-discipline environment
• Have excellent written and oral communication skills
• Be well versed in PT, RC, steel and timber design

Key Responsibilities

• Design, collect data, analyze and compile reports on a variety of difficult process engineering experiments, within safety guidelines
• Perform hardware characterization on a variety of difficult systems, within safety guidelines
• Troubleshoot a variety of complex problems, perform Root Cause Analysis and resolve a variety of difficult process engineering issues
• Generate internal and external documentation for products, presentations and technical reports
• Interact with customers to resolve a variety of difficult process engineering issues/problems with limited supervision
• Measure film properties and interpret data
• Identify, select and work with vendors and suppliers with limited supervision
• Implement new technology, products and analytical instrumentation

Requirements

• PhD or Master Degree in engineering field with at least 5 years of relevant working experiences
• Advanced knowledge and experience in hybrid bonding, 3D packaging, plasma activation, and defect control are highly desirable
• Proactive, resourceful and meticulous personality

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations within Workday HCM using tools like Workday Studio and EIBs.
• Collaborate with teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Configure and manage inbound/outbound integrations for data accuracy and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Mentor junior team members on Workday HCM integration best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Good years of Workday HCM integration experience.
• Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIBs, and integration protocols like SOAP and REST.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Workday HCM certification(s) preferred.
