Main Responsibilities:

• Provide quality technical support to the Southeast Asia sales team/Consultants, Partners and end-users, handling general to complex field engineering assignments with limited supervision throughout Southeast Asia.
• Resolve pre (if required) and post sales technical issues in a timely manner; implement interim solutions, if necessary, and escalate outstanding issues to Technical Service Manager for resolution.
• Maintain high quality standards and performance of company equipment/products in all venues. May assist with the installation, calibration, trouble shooting, commissioning and repair of equipment.
• Train partners and customer liaisons in the proper use of the company’s products, systems, tools and test equipment required for optimal performance.
• Ensure all information relating to a specific project is kept up to date on the server. Prepare or assist in the preparation of technical documentation, reports and training material including completing Service Work Order documentation.
• Support region exhibition activities and product demonstrations.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that might be assigned by the Technical Service Manager from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent field of study.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experiences in installing and repairing AV equipment and/or providing technical support to customers.
• Experience in projector technology to include necessary tools, software, optics, and projector setup in the field.
• Knowledge of Anti-Static Controls and Networks (IP configuration, VLANS, gateways and etc).
• Certified Technology Specialists (Audio Visual & Network) and knowledge of JD Ewards/Oracle system would be an added advantage.
• Ability to travel within Southeast Asia and Internationally on need basis. (for exhibition)

Optics are critical at KLA and at the core of our tools that are finding defects on wafers and reticles that aren’t visible with the human eye. We do this by using different light sources and nanophotonics to capture images. As an optical engineer at KLA, you’re responsible for developing ultra-high precision optical systems and component designs for complex systems, conducting key optical simulations, modeling and analysis as well as identifying manufacturing issues and developing solutions for these.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the optical specifications, lens design, and supplier integration of new optics enabled products for the Optics Development Engineering group.
• Effective use of Code V or Zemax to design low residual aberration generating imaging lenses, relays, spatial/polarization beamsplitters and zoom lenses both from nominal design process to final Monte Carlo tolerance analysis and error budgeting.
• Construct complex system models using above components having all imaging paths with critical parameters needed to produce accurate and efficient raytracing simulations of Strehl/WFE performance, coherent and incoherent PSF size/shape, focal depth of field and pupil, multiple bounce ghost and non-sequential stray light analysis, and polarization ray tracing to quantify transmission, retardance, diattenuation.

Education or experience should include:

I. Core Responsibilities & Performance Expectations

1.Facilitate digital project delivery and collaboration

· Develop and maintain up to date Building Information Modelling (BIM) models throughout project construction period.

· Adhere to project information requirements, modelling and exchange protocols for information sharing among project stakeholders

· Follow the drawing management system (DMS) for collect required information, filling, workflow and process.

2.Documentation and Perform Project/Company BIM deliverables

· Perform standard BIM deliverables as per BEP which derived from Organization Information Requirement – OIR / Project Information Requirement – PIR.

· Perform other BIM deliverables which assigned by supervisor.

· Report daily activities and BIM progress.

3.Coordination and Drawing Production

· Follow drawing management system (DMS) for the required information collection, filling / documentation, workflow and process.

· Develop highly detail Architectural and Structural BIM model.

· Perform quality check on structural model to verify it is fit for coordination.

· Perform clash detection and document discrepancies/ clashes to discuss in weekly ICE meeting.

· Coordinate between projects BIM modellers, Project Technical Team.

· Closely work with project technical team/consultant to get resolution.

· Update model with solution provided by project technical/consultants.

· Produce Clash Free Coordinated model.

· Produce construction drawing such as Concrete Body Plan, Wall Setting Out, Tile Setting Out, General arrangement drawings.
