Job Description:

As a Test Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing ATE test solutions for IC manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing ATE test solutions for final test and/or wafer sort products, ensuring conformity to device electrical test specifications.
• Developing hardware and software solutions to enable IC testing, encompassing test program development, hardware development, and tester and multisite conversion.
• Conducting test time reduction activities, supporting engineering evaluations, and performing administrative tasks to facilitate test development.
• Supporting the hardware and software bring-up, debugging, and improvement of ATE IC testing.
• Engaging in engineering qualification, correlation, device characterization, and dry run activities with minimal supervision.
• Analyzing data and generating reports for engineering qualification, correlation, device characterization, and dry run purposes.
• Contributing to cost reduction projects such as tester and multisite conversion, program optimization, and yield improvement.
• Ensuring the seamless release of products from the engineering phase to mass production.
• Executing administrative tasks to support the test development team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Electronics and/or Electrical.
• 2 years of experience working with Teradyne (ETS, UltraFlex, J750) and Advantest (V93K) testers.
• Familiarity with semiconductor ICs, test methodologies, and the test development process.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, VB/VBA, LabVIEW, and scripting.
• Experience in hardware design and software development is advantageous.
• Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting is beneficial.
