Job Requirements:

• Experience with Mass Flow Controller is an advantage.
• Must be able to sit, stand, or crouch down for extended periods.
• Use of hairnets, latex gloves, shoe coverings, and clean room suit is required regularly.
• Must be comfortable working with magnifying glasses, microscopes, and tweezers.
• No sensitivity to latex, epoxies, glues or solvents.

· Strong keen interest in software programming for Automation is a pre-requsite.

· Development of PLC coding using RSLogix, TIA Portal/STEP7, GX Works 2/3 and CX Programmer/Sysmac.

. Development of HMI and SCADA using WinCC, FactoryTalk View, Wonderware and Vijeo Citect.

. Familar with Database, C++ and VB or VBA.

. Troubleshooting and debugging of PLC program, HMI and SCADA.

· Maintain good documentation practice.

· Knowledge and/or experience with Batch software, Historians, Dashboard, interfacing with third party systems will be added advantages.

· Must be self-driven and independent, results oriented with minimum supervision required.

· Handle customer specifications, manage stakeholders and maintain project schedule for deliverables.

· Resourceful, organized and maintain good documentation as well as good interpersonal communication skills.

· Willing to travel overseas for assignments at short notice.

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and develop design and technical specifications of projects

- Prepare tender documents for bidding and submissions to authorities (Risk assessments, Method statements etc.)

- Overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets

- Conduct site checks on repair works in building structures

- Coordinate and monitor work progress at site (periodical site inspection and attending meetings)

Job Requirements:

- Degree in civil engineering discipline preferably recognized by PEB

- At least 2 years of working experience in related field

- Experience in LTA-MRT project is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of building services such as air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, water supply, sanitation, gas supply, fire protection, and other mechanical installations will be advantages.
• Prepare detailed mechanical tender & authority submission drawings.
• Preparation and (e)Submission of amendment plans drawings to authorities
• Assist on BIM execution plan
• Creation of 3D model content/model using specified design tools
• Integrating various engineering design software with BIM modelling software
• Proficient in generative design using BIM or other engineering software
• Work Coordination with teams of other disciplinary as well as mentor junior staff
• Any assigned ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Competent in REVIT or BIM
• Possesses good interpersonal skills for coordination and collaboration in a multi-disciplinary team.
