• Position : Technical Sales Engineer
• Working Hour : 5 days, Office hour
• Location : East (Kallang)

The Technical Sales Engineer is responsible for supporting the sales staff in presenting technical presentations of our products as well as assisting on installations of our products in both a pre and post-sales support role.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers
• Technical support of field service engineers and customers when required
• Evaluating and establishing vision system performance specifications
• Manage customer specific projects & documents

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in engineering discipline with minimum 1 year experience
• Knowledge in field servicing and semiconductor industry
• Knowledge in Die Sorter or Wafer Sorter will be preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot electronics hardware system is an added advantage
• Good Knowledge of PC hardware, OS and networking
• Proficient in Microsoft application and Good analytical skill

• At least 10 years of experience in a senior IT or technology role, demonstrating a wealth of experience and expertise in innovative financial technologies.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team, allocate tasks, and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, especially in overcoming technical challenges in the financial technology domain.
• Extensive knowledge of IT deployment processes with a track record of successful implementations in advanced digital financial systems.
• Exceptional response and resolution skills for online incidents, minimizing downtime and ensuring operational continuity in a technology-driven financial landscape.
